Q. When is my rent due?
A. Rent is due on the first, and late fees are applied to your account for any rent not received by the 5th.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Online payments, personal checks, certified checks, and money orders are all accepted for on time rental payments. If your account is past due, you will be required to pay by certified check or money order.

Q. How do I request maintenance?
A. First, you will need to log into your resident portal. Once there, you can submit your
maintenance request, and someone will be in touch within 1 business day.

Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. Please call our office immediately. Emergency maintenance requests are handled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling our office.

Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. This depends on several factors, including both vendor, and parts availability. We will get a
vendor to your home as quickly as possible to address your maintenance concern.

Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. We will contact you roughly 60 days prior to the expiration of your lease to discuss your options with you.

Q. Can I paint a room?
A. Should you wish to paint a room, you would need to submit your request through your tenant portal, including color information. Once you have done this, we will be able to respond to you through your portal to let you know if this is possible.

Q. How do I add someone to my lease?
A. The person that you would like to add to your lease will need to complete a rental application on our website. Once approved, they can be added to your lease with a $50 lease modification fee.

Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?
A. Your final statement, with any funds owed to you, will be sent within 30 days from the date that your tenancy with us ends.
